Answers to what buyers usually ask before their first order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum is one full reefer container (20ft or 40ft). Smaller trial quantities can be discussed for first orders.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Terms are agreed per order. We commonly work with Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a deposit, or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
We usually quote FOB (Indonesian port) or CFR / CIF to your destination port.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin and a Health Certificate issued by the Indonesian Quarantine Agency. Other documents, such as a catch certificate, can be arranged if your country requires them.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. We can send photos and videos of the product, and arrange a physical sample for serious buyers. Sample and courier costs are discussed case by case.
How long from order to shipment?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after order confirmation, depending on the season, the product and the size required.
Can you pack under our own brand?
Yes. Carton design, labels and net weight per carton can follow your specification.
Do you supply other seafood?
Our focus is frozen tuna and mackerel, but we can source other Indonesian seafood on request. Send us your requirements.
